Speed Alert Pro creates an anonymous account using Supabase Auth. This account has no connection to your name, email, Apple ID, or any personal identifier. It exists solely to enforce fair usage limits and manage your subscription status.
When you enable speed alerts and your vehicle exceeds 15 mph, your current GPS coordinates are sent to our servers (hosted by Supabase) to look up the posted speed limit via HERE Technologies. Location data is processed in real time and is not permanently stored. We do not retain a history of where you have driven.

None of this data can be linked to your real-world identity.
Speed limit cache data expires automatically after 30 days. Usage statistics and driving sessions are retained for product improvement purposes. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing info@sarafandengineeringsolutions.com. Upon deletion request, we will remove your profile, statistics, and session records within 30 days.

Each service receives only the data necessary to perform its function. No service receives your name, email, or personal identifiers.
All payments are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase via RevenueCat. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. RevenueCat receives only your anonymous user ID and subscription status to manage billing. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings.
All data transmission between the App and our servers uses TLS encryption. Supabase databases enforce Row-Level Security (RLS) policies so users can only access their own data. Serverless functions run in isolated Deno environments with minimal privileges.

Speed Alert Pro is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, contact us immediately and we will delete the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
